As a Swanton native, Norwich Varsity alumn, high school coach, Co-Founder of VASL and the VSSA, Scott boasts a 35 year career as a player in local men’s leagues and is known and recognized nationwide as the active USASA Region 1 Secretary and USSF Vermont adult delegate.

  • VSSA is affiliated with United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) and United States Soccer Federation (USSF). USASA is a national organization for amateur soccer in the United States in the Fourth and Fifth Divisions of USSF. Every year USASA hosts the National Amateur Cup, an American soccer competition open to all amateur teams affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation. Each region (Region I, II, III & IV) crowns a champion to progress to the national finals.
